"Been on the hunt for a 6” chef. Bought several different ones and all of them just didn’t feel right. Either the balance was off or the blades were too thick/thin. Causing drag and/or instability. I pulled the trigger on the wustof performer. I immediately noticed how balanced it was. The thickness and rigidness was perfect for me. The blade has a great edge and didn’t notice any drag. Overall, I’m glad I bought the knife. I can finally stop searching."
