IMPORTANT NOTE: We offer a free return service ONLY for orders from our brand store (wusthof.co.uk) and if the receipt of their order is not more than 30 days ago.
Returns to orders / purchases from other merchants we can not process and we must send back for you at a charge.

You should prepare the knives properly for the shipping. Ideally, you should return the knives in the retail packaging.
If this is no longer possible, wrap your knives securely in layers of newspaper or bubble wrap and send them in a sturdy cardboard box for the safety of the package handlers. In any case, the knives must be unused.

Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our own wusthof.co.uk online store.
- The item must be unused and in retail packaging
- The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
