"Belle lame et manche agréable en main avec une bonne prise. Juste une petite déception, du fait de sa denture présente que d'un côté de la lame, qui fait que le couteau coupe en biais. Pour compenser la coupe du pain afin qu'elle soit verticale, il faut incliner la lame légèrement. Dans la description il est écrit que le fil est à double denture, j'avais interprété cela comme une lame avec une denture symétrique des deux côtés de la lame. Ce n'est pas le cas. A part ce détail, le couteau coupe très bien, y compris les pains à croute épaisse et dure."
