"Fit and finish is outstanding. I’ve had a Wusthof 8” chef knife for over 35 years. The 6” size is interesting. Easy to handle. Probably not suitable for splitting large squashes but otherwise nimble yet solid. Thinking about buying the matching paring knife."

This one is great and soooo sharp, I can really get my onions minced nicely with it. My favorite part is the handle which is very soft, it feels like velvet wood. I love using her and she will NEVER go in the dishwasher."
