Product Purchase – Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
- The promoter is WÜSTHOF (UK) Ltd, whose registered office is at Fleming Court, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire, SO50 9PD (“WÜSTHOF”).
- Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of WÜSTHOF or their close relatives or any third party directly associated with WÜSTHOF or the administration of the prize draw.
- Entry Period
- The prize draw will run from 13 September 2026 until 11 October 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”).
- Entries submitted online must be received by 11 October 2026. Postal entries must be received by 16 October 2026. Entries received after the applicable deadline will not be accepted. The Closing Date is 16 October 2026.
- How to Enter
- Purchase £100 or more of WÜSTHOF products from an authorised WÜSTHOF stockist to be eligible to enter the prize draw. To check whether a retailer is an authorised WÜSTHOF stockist, visit www.wusthof.co.uk or contact customersupport@wusthof.co.uk.
- To enter the prize draw, complete the online entry form available by scanning the promotional QR code located on promotional materials or by visiting www.wusthof.co.uk OR send a valid proof of purchase by first or second-class post to the Promoter at Fleming Court, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire, SO50 9PD by the Closing Date, as defined in 3.2. For online entries, the winner may be required to provide the original proof of purchase before the prize is awarded. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
- WÜSTHOF will not accept:
- responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
- proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.
- Each qualifying purchase of £100 or more entitles the entrant to one entry into the prize draw. There is no limit on the number of entries per person, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying purchase.
- Prizes
- The prize includes:
- Exclusive use of Enrica Rocca Cookery School, London for a private, curated 2-hour cookery class for the winner and up to nine guests chosen by the winner. Dinner, including wine will follow the class. One WÜSTHOF goodie bag for each attendee. Overnight accommodation for the night of 18 March 2027. The event will commence at 6:00 pm on 18 March 2027. Accommodation will be provided for the night of 18 March 2027 only. Accommodation will be selected by WÜSTHOF and is subject to availability. Travel to and from the venue is not included. The winner must attend the event and all guests must be aged 18 years or over.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
- The decision of WÜSTHOF regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- If the event is cancelled, postponed or materially altered due to circumstances beyond WÜSTHOF's reasonable control, WÜSTHOF reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
- Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random by a computerised draw from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period. The draw will take place on 19 October 2026.
- Notification of Winner
- The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, WÜSTHOF reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select another winner in accordance with the process described above. WÜSTHOF reserves the right to select an alternative winner if the original winner is found to be ineligible or fails to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
- WÜSTHOF must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation WÜSTHOF will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails customersupport@wusthof.co.uk or writes to WÜSTHOF (UK) Ltd, Fleming Court, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire, SO50 9PD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, and county being published or made available, please contact WÜSTHOF (UK) customersupport@wusthof.co.uk. In such circumstances, WÜSTHOF must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Data Protection
- Personal information provided during the entry process will only be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw, unless the entrant has opted-in to receive further marketing communications. - Liability
- Insofar as is permitted by law, WÜSTHOF, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of WÜSTHOF, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- General
- WÜSTHOF reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where this is necessary due to circumstances beyond WÜSTHOF's reasonable control.
- By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10.3 These Terms and Conditions and this promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory rights of consumers to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence within the United Kingdom.
