Mixed Fruit & Muesli Bowl
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 120g muesli
- 120ml milk
- 100g peeled, sliced banana
- 80g sliced plum
- 80g diced apple
- 90g peeled, diced honeydew melon
- 40g peeled, sliced kiwi
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp popped amaranth (optional)
Directions

Mix the muesli with the milk in a medium serving bowl or in two individual bowls.

In a second medium bowl, gently toss the banana, plum, apple, melon, kiwi, and blueberries with the lemon juice.

Pile the fresh fruit on top of the soaked muesli. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and popped amaranth, if using.
