Before sending the products to us, you should contact us via our contact form.

In this form we need the following information:

• Order number

• When you bought the knife

• What is the issue

• Pictures of the item(s). Note: Often, warranty cases can be decided via photo inspection. This saves you shipping costs and protects the environment.

If a physical examination is necessary, we will inform you via email. You should prepare the knives properly for the shipping. Wrap your knives securely in layers of newspaper or bubble wrap and send them in a sturdy cardboard box for the safety of the package handlers. (Note: Please ensure knives are cleaned and do not have tape on the blade or the knife will not be processed)
