• Wipe clean using warm, soapy water and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. 
• Immediately towel-dry and then stand on its side to allow airflow on both sides.
• Always store your wooden board in a dry area.  
• Treat regularly with food-grade mineral oil or linseed oil to prevent drying and cracking.
